Hummus with Sprouted Peas

This hummus is an absolute all-round taste treat. We love it as a dip with raw vegetable sticks, as a savory cream in wraps, as a spread, or diluted as a salad dressing. This super vegetable protein supplier is always good to have on hand!

Ingredients:

  • Peas, sprouted for 3-5 days
  • Tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Dash of virgin olive oil
  • Cumin
  • Salt, pepper (Tip: Tamangur herb pepper adds a super tasty touch!)
  • Water

Finely purée all ingredients in a blender, carefully adding water in small amounts until desired consistency is reached.
